MIT Combat Robotics Club
Exploring engineering, electronics, and design through combat!
BUILD. BATTLE. DESTROY. REPEAT.
The MIT Combat Robotics Club is a student-run engineering team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology focused on designing, building, and competing with combat robots.
We resurfaced in 2023 and debuted our flagship 30lb robot ARES in 2024 at NHRL where we now compete about 3 times per semester! Beyond competitions, we host an annual House Battle where our new members debut and local builders get to compete on campus.
Despite the club's youth, we've built some of the most compettive robots in the scene. From a custom motor to machining and hardening our own weapons, we put our all into pushing our limits and competitors!
